Docker limits unauthenticated pulls to 10/HR/IP from Docker Hub, from March 1(docker.com) When using Docker Hub, unauthenticated and Docker Personal users are subject to strict limits. In contrast, Docker Pro, Team, and Business users benefit from a consumption-based model with a base amount of included usage. Year old startup overloaded GitHub – Incident report(lovable.dev) Lovable was partially or fully down for about 19 hours. The direct cause was Github disabling our Github app due to the rapid creation of new repositories. Lovable uses its Github app to clone and push to users’ repositories. The reason why Github disabled our app was that the rate of repository creations violated their terms of service and “significantly burdened their servers”. They had assured us that our usage pattern was fine when we reached out in December.
